BabyChangingStations.com was started in 1997 and we proudly distribute Koala baby changing stations and products.
Return Policy
In order to keep our prices low we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
Exchange Policy. All exchanges require an RMA which must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date. Thereafter, all sales are final. All exchanges must be received in their original packaging and in sellable condition to receive credit. All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you believe you qualify for the return exchange of a product, you must request an RMA number and agree to the inspection and restocking fee if applicable. After we receive your request we will confirm
purchase date and issue an RMA number if qualified, and provide an address to ship the product to. When the product is received, an inspection will be done to evaluate if the original packaging and
product are in sellable condition making it qualified for an exchange. If the product and packaging meet the acceptance standards for an exchange then a 20% restocking fee will be assessed and charged to you for the exchange. Per our website policy you must notify us within 3 days of delivery of your intent to exchange a product. Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not refundable. All exchange returns, when qualified are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the freight to return the material to our location.
Check Orders
If you choose Payment by Check during the purchase process, we will hold the items in your order in a pending status until we receive your check. Once the check has been received we will schedule shipment. Our policy permits you three days to change or modify your order after which your order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Purchase Orders
We are happy to provide terms to any company or organization that has first established a credit history with our company. For your convenience, at check-out, we provide a payment method named "Purchase Order". To apply for a credit account please contact us at sales@babychangingstations.com. Initial orders may require pre-payment. Purchase orders under $50.00 are not accepted and will require prepayment. Purchase orders over $500 must first be approved.

We will delete your current password from our files and email you a randomly generated, password. Once you log in with this password, you will have the opportunity to customize a new password in order to regain access to your Account.
- Correct/Update Policy
Babychangingstations.com offers you the ability to correct or change the information you submitted during MEMBER registration and/or Checkout at any time and as often as necessary. You can access and change it from the ‘Continue Checkout’ page during the checkout phase of the buying process or once you initially log in to your account.
